Salad Ingredients

5 shreds of large cos lettuce leave 14 of red cabbage (shredded)

1 baby onion (finely sliced)

1 carrot (shredded)

1/2 avocado (sliced)

½ cup almonds (chopped)

12 cups of coriander (chopped)

1 big piece of chicken (cooked and shredded)

Kardashian Sesame Salad Dressing

1/4 cup tamari

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, white

2 tbsp dijon mustard

2 tbsp sesame oil

1 tablespoon of raw honey

Sesame seeds by the handful

A small handful of chopped spring onions

Step 1: Mix all the salad ingredients together in a large bowl.

Step 2: Mix all of the sesame dressing ingredients together in a small bowl.

  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Dry Mustard Powder
  • 125 g Parmesan Or Pecorino, Grated or Shaved

  • Begin with chopping lettuce, once you’re done add both types of lettuce, chickpeas, salami, and mozzarella to a big bowl. 
  • For the dressing, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, mustard, salt, and black paper in a small bowl and whisk together till combined. 
  • Now taste and adjust the seasoning according to your taste and stir in some of the cheese. 
  • Pour the dressing over your salad. Toss together to combine.
