If you've ever watched an episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," you've probably seen one of the sisters shake a salad bowl really hard. And if you're like us, you've been left wondering, "What the heck do they put in that salad?"

The Kardashian sisters have said many times that their favorite place to get a salad is Health Nut, a healthy stop in California. Surprisingly, this is a pretty low-key spot in the neighborhood. Their specialty salads and wraps cost around $10.

This tasty shredded chicken is cooked without butter, oils, or fats. It comes with fresh leafy greens and a creamy sesame dressing. A serving of this healthy salad has just under 400 calories, which makes it a great healthy lunch.

To give the Kardashians credit, their signature salad shake is probably the best way to get the right amount of dressing on your salad.

Salad Ingredients

5 shreds of large cos lettuce leave 14 of red cabbage (shredded)

1 baby onion (finely sliced)

1 carrot (shredded)

1/2 avocado (sliced)

½ cup almonds (chopped)

12 cups of coriander (chopped)

1 big piece of chicken (cooked and shredded)

Kardashian Sesame Salad Dressing

1/4 cup tamari

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, white

2 tbsp dijon mustard

2 tbsp sesame oil

1 tablespoon of raw honey

Sesame seeds by the handful

A small handful of chopped spring onions


Step 1: Mix all the salad ingredients together in a large bowl.

Step 2: Mix all of the sesame dressing ingredients together in a small bowl.

Step 3: In true Kardashian style, put your salad and sesame dressing in a Tupperware container with a lid and TOSS! (If you don't have a lid, you could just mix it by hand, but this is more fun.)
