Kourtney took to her personal website Poosh to post about her morning drink of collagen vibes. It is backed with micronutrients like vitamins and macronutrients like proteins. She added that the drink is amazing to taste and takes care of her hair and nail health. She developed the product herself with the Poosh team to hit the right balance between taste and nutrients. You have to mix two scoops of the powder with warm water and drink it on an empty stomach. She also recommends not eating anything for the next 20 minutes.
