For example, instead of eating out every other day, you can substitute it with organic fruits and veggies. We know, it seems kinda boring but trust us, with the right style of cooking, fruits and veggies can taste absolutely amazing and way better than junk food.

Eat a nutritious, well-balanced diet that includes all of the nutrients you need to stay healthy and disease-free. You'll need to eat a lot of protein, fiber, and other nutrients to keep your muscles strong and your digestive system running smoothly.

To maintain your weight, you'll need to eat between 1,400 and 1,800 calories a day, depending on the amount of physical activity you engage in. You should eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, fiber, and dairy products if you can tolerate them in your daily diet. If you want to maintain a healthy bone structure, you should restrict your sugar intake and consume a source of calcium, such as leafy greens, seafood, or supplements.
