Britney Spears’ Cryptic Messages are not a cry for Help Says, Manager

Britney Spears's Instagram account can be very strange at times. Think about her hasty New Year's resolutions, the gym workouts she burned down by accident, and the memes your mom might post. Fans often think that the posts have hidden messages, and one recent comment said that she's "reading from something behind the camera." Now, the singer's social media manager went on her own Instagram to put an end to the rumors.

Some people think that the pop star's management team runs her Instagram account to create a certain image, while others think that she is in charge of the account and is sending her followers hints about her health.

Cassie Petrey, who is Spears' social media manager, confirmed in February that she is the one who posts all of the "Toxic" singer's updates. She insisted, though, that Spears was the one who planned them.

In June, Spears went before Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Brenda Penny for the first time to talk in-depth about her case. She showed a version of herself that was very different from how she seemed online.

During the hearing, the singer of "...Baby One More Time" admitted that she had lied when she said on Instagram that she was "totally fine" and "extremely happy."

She said, I’ve lied and told the whole world I’m OK and I’m happy,” she said. “I’ve been in denial. I’ve been in shock. I am traumatized."

Many fans thought that Spears had been sending them secret messages the whole time after she said that. Here is more information that talks about the reality behind it all.

“First and foremost, I absolutely adore the Britney Spears fan base,” Cassie Petrey wrote. “I admire them. I know everything they do and say is because they truly love her. Which is why it’s been easy for me to overlook some of the nasty comments that have been thrown my way over the years.”

“However, there are a lot of inaccurate theories out there about how Britney Spears’ social media operates,” she continued, “and I want to give as much information as I can without violating her privacy or mine.”

Petrey says that Britney "creates her own posts and writes her own captions for Instagram" Britney finds the pictures, quotes, and memes herself, according to Petrey. She also says that Britney edits her own videos most of the time. "If a video she sends in is edited by her social media team, it’s because she gave specific instructions and asked for it to be edited that way. Then she sees it and decides if she wants to post it or not," Petrey said.

Petrey said directly about the conspiracy theories, "Britney is not "asking for help" or leaving secret messages on her social media." She is literally just living her life and having fun on Instagram."

In the last few years, fans of the singer who are worried about the conservatorship she's been in since 2008 have started the #FreeBritney movement. During Britney Spears' 13-year conservatorship, her social media has been a source of disagreement among her most loyal fans. Britney's fight with her father and other conservators has reached a boiling point, and her lawyers say she may never perform again until she regains control over her career.

Petrey said, "My work on Britney’s social media does not involve her conservatorship in any way. That’s a court and lawyer thing. I was not hired by Britney via Lou Taylor." That has to do with the court and lawyers. Lou Taylor was Britney's business manager, but he just quit. Britney did not hire me through Lou Taylor. Fans have previously said that he was the mastermind behind her being taken care of by a guardian. In an upcoming New York Times documentary, the case will be looked at in depth.

"In terms of being supportive of Britney on her social media, the best thing you can do for her is just be nice," Petrey said in a conclusion. "That’s all she really wants. Don’t bully her. She doesn’t deserve it. She’s having fun creating posts and sharing images that she likes. That’s it. There’s not some secret agenda to it. She’s just having a good time, and I hope this helps people see it for what it actually is"

Here are some of her Instagram posts:

Celebrities like Miley Cyrus, Spears’s husband Sam Asghari, and others commented on her posts showing full support. “My situation is unique, but I promise I’m doing what’s best at this moment 🌸🌸🌸,” Spears said in closing. “You may not know this about me, but I am strong, and stand up for what I want! Your love and dedication are amazing, but what I need right now is a little bit of privacy to deal with all the hard things that life is throwing my way. If you could do that, I would be forever grateful. Love you ❤️❤️❤️.”

In recent posts, Spears announced her miscarriage through another post — “It is with our deepest sadness we have to announce that we lost our miracle baby early in the pregnancy,” Spears wrote in an Instagram post on Saturday. “This is a devastating time for any parent. Perhaps we should have waited to announce until we were further along,” she said. “However, we were overly excited to share the good news.”

Spears posted an image of herself on the beach lying down with her legs, creating a T-like shape.

She captioned it, “Turn the photos upside down and you will find it’s a T !!!!!! For teacher … tea … test … tomorrow … time … two … ten … tool … try …. thanks …. they … I mean we could go all day with this one, right !?!?”

“The words…. ‘They’ on the end! THEY are Trapping her!!!!” speculations started pouring in the comments section. While others theorized, “She is spelling out 911 with her legs.”
