You would think that with 7.3 billion of us, there would be 7.3 billion takes on scrambled eggs and you would be right. But Shereen’s take on it is simple and one of the easiest ways to make the humble scrambled eggs way fancier. She starts off with the traditional way of making scrambled eggs - heating a tablespoon of butter on medium heat and adding two eggs to it. Move the spatula around the pan for about a minute and when it is still slightly wet, move it onto your plate and add a pinch of white truffle salt, black pepper, and parsley. The simple addition of white truffle salt can take your new favorite breakfast to a whole new level.

Starting with one cup of goat yogurt (or Greek yogurt), add two tablespoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and two tablespoons of chopped dill to it. Mix it after adding some kosher salt and pepper. Then separately, take one pound of ground lamb and to it, add one grated onion and garlic powder, cinnamon, cumin, salt, pepper, one egg, a quarter cup of bread crumbs, and mix them all together in a bowl. Roll that into mini-meatballs and fry them in avocado oil for two minutes per side. And you’re done!
Grilled chicken gyros
Her take on this Greek wonder is one of her most popular videos and has inspired many to try it out. Take one and a half pounds of boneless chicken breasts and pound them into thin slices. Add olive oil to the chicken breasts and add lemon zest, grated garlic cloves and let it marinate for four hours in the refrigerator. In a separate bowl, add one clove of grated garlic, the juice from one lemon, seven ounces of Greek yogurt, grated English cucumber, cayenne, salt, and dill. Now add salt and pepper to both the sides of the chicken breasts and grill them for 4-5 minutes per side. Slice them into thin pieces and add them, along with the yogurt mixture, to pita bread rounds.
Mint Chocolate chip cookies

This is mostly along the lines of regular cookies - add 1.5 cups of sugar to 1.5 sticks on room temperature butter and let them mix in the sand mixture for 2 minutes. Then add two eggs and one teaspoon of peppermint extract to the bowl and let them mix again. In a separate bowl, take a cup of flour and add baking soda, baking powder, kosher salt, and whisk them together. Funnel this mixture into the stand mixer at a low speed. Add 20 drops of green food coloring to give it that minty color. Add one cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips and another cup of mint chocolates of your choice. Scoop them onto parchment paper and pop them into the oven until the cookies are nice and puffed up.

Shereen has an interesting take on this classic Italian-American dish with a few additional ingredients and methods of cooking. Take two pounds of extra large shrimps and peel into the veins while leaving out the tails. Add large chunks of lemon zest, 6 cloves of minced garlic, half a cup of olive oil, stir it all together and let it marinate for 2-4 hours. In a skillet, add the shrimps and add salt, and pepper, and mix well. Cook it for five minutes and remove the shrimp to a bowl. Add a third of a cup of good white wine to the oil in the skillet and add three tablespoons of lemon juice to it. Once it reduces by half, add the shrimps back into the skillet. Add 4 tablespoons of cold and unsalted butter to the skillet and stir until the butter is melted. And that is pretty much it.
