Did Addison Rae's mom really cook up a fake PR relationship with Yung Gravy?

Addison Rae’s mom Sheri really caught some eyeballs when she walked in the VMAs with Yung Gravy but is it all just a fake PR stunt

Love is in the air. But is it really? If you have seen this year's VMAs then you might have an idea of what I am talking about. If not then let me clarify things further, I am talking about Yung Gravy and Sheri Easterling. Sheri Easterling is Addison Rae’s mom who is currently going through a divorce. But it was clear that she is back out there and has taken a liking to a young rapper namely Yung Gravy.

It’s just love between two people who have almost two decades of an age difference between them. But age is just a number so what is the buzz about. It all started with a source, Page Six, and a very serious claim. A source who is apparently very close to Yung Gravy approached Page Six and told them the relationship between the rapper and Addison Rae’s mother is nothing but “viral bait”. That’s one hell of a serious claim. The source further claims the relationship is just a PR stunt. All of this is really hard to take in. But thinking of Addison Rae, her parents are going through a divorce, and then her mother walks into the VMAs in the arms of Yung Gravy and now claims of her mother’s relationship are just a PR stunt, talk about a mess.

Why does everyone think it is a charade?

Many believe this is just a stunt to get in the headlines. Well, I will try not to be too cynical but Yung Gravy’s profile surely got a boost and everyone is talking about him. But like many, I also believe it was Sheri Easterling who planned the entire ruse just to get back her soon-to-be ex-husband

Now if you don’t know, rumors were floating around that Addison Rae’s father Monty Lopez had an affair with a girl who was 20 years younger than him. Personally, I don’t know if the rumors are true but on the off chance they are true and the primary reason for their divorce then Sheri could have all the motivation she needs to flaunt a hot 26 years old.

The couple stands firm!

The couple surely did not play any hide n seek with the media on the red carpet and looked very much into each other. Yung Gravy even spoke to Page Six on the red carpet and told a beautiful tale of how they met. They met on the internet, I guess we can’t exactly call this a beautiful tale of romance. Nonetheless, Yung Gravy said he and Sheri Easterling met online and FaceTimed with each other a few times before they actually met in person. Yung Gravy also went on to add that he made the first move because he thought “she was fine” and “the queen of MILFs”. But kudos to Yung Gravy for sticking with the charade if it is a charade that is. The “Yung” rapper sprung online to defend his new love.

How does Addison Rae feel about it?

This social media era can surely be overwhelming. With all of us adamant about sharing every aspect of our lives sometimes we might forget that our decisions and choices have an impact on others in our lives too. And I believe that is what is happening with 21-year-old Addison Rae. A report shared by Page Six claims that Addison is “mortified” by all the drama. Separation of parents can be hard to deal with all on its own and all the things happening around Sheri and Yung will surely just amplify the problems. A source close to Addison Rae also told Page Six “ Addison has seen her parents go through a lot of ups and downs over the years, but everything going on right now has been particularly overwhelming for her”.

This surely is a messy situation but did Sheri Easterling really go to the extent of orchestrating a fake relationship to just get a rise out of her husband? Or is Yung Gravy just looking for his 15 minutes of fame? Or is the couple really in love with each other? There are a lot of questions floating in the air but one thing is for sure Page Six is the place to go if you are a source of a juicy story. What do you think about all these comments down below?
