Yes, our support team can help you reset your game and let you start the game fresh.
Please follow the steps below to do this:
- Share your GameID. You can copy Game Id by tapping on the GameID in Loading screen or Settings screen. Alternatively send a screenshot of loading screen
- You can send mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or write to us from the Support option in the game
- Force Quit Star Chef 2 on your device. Note: We will not be able to reset if your game is still running on your device
- Wait for a reset confirmation from our support team to relaunch the game.
Important Note: Once we have reset the game, you will lose all the level progress done along with the In-App purchases made.
