Can I reset my game and start over?


Hi Chef,

Yes, our support team can help you reset your game and let you start the game fresh.
Please follow the steps below to do this:

  • Share your GameID. You can copy Game Id by tapping on the GameID in Loading screen or Settings screen. Alternatively send a screenshot of loading screen
  • You can send mail to support@99games.in or write to us from the Support option in the game
  • Force Quit Star Chef 2 on your device. Note: We will not be able to reset if your game is still running on your device
  • Wait for a reset confirmation from our support team to relaunch the game.
Important Note: Once we have reset the game, you will lose all the level progress done along with the In-App purchases made.
