And there is a chef who has been doing his magic in Las Vegas for over a decade and has restaurants on every corner, yes we’re talking about none other than Food Network’s chef Bobby Flay.

Flay has had a presence in Las Vegas since the early 2000s when he brought his original restaurant,  Mesa Grill, to Caesars Palace in 2004. Since then, he has constantly opened restaurants in Las Vegas and now has a total of four locations there, including his all-new Amalfi restaurant opened in May 2021, replacing the Mesa Grill.

Bobby Flay’s restaurants in Las Vegas: Amalfi, and Bobby’s Burgers with 3 locations in Caesars Palace, Paris Hotel, and Harrah’s. Excited to know more? Let’s take a look at what makes them great and what they have to offer.

Amalfi by Bobby Flay

Amalfi is a fine-dining restaurant opened by Bobby Flay in May 2021. It replaced his old restaurant, Mesa Grill and today it is known for its focus on fresh seafood, Mediterranean flavors, and Bobby Flay's signature culinary flair. It is inspired by the Amalfi coast in Italy and is located to open late this spring in the Mesa Grill location at Caesars Palace.

His Amalfi restaurant has a total of four new spaces, including a bar and lounge, the market room that’s reminiscent of authentic Italian markets, a private dining area, and the main dining room. The main dining room of the restaurant includes views of an open kitchen, while the market room sits closer to a fish and seafood display where their knowledgeable staff can help and allow you to select a whole fresh fish to be roasted a forno or over charcoal.

Their bar is nearly 50 feet long, hosts 30 seats, and allows guests to order both cocktails and their full menu. When it comes to the private dining room, you’ll be impressed to see that it can accommodate up to 60 people, making it the perfect place for special occasions. Amalfi by Bobby Flay’s menu includes seafood and pasta-heavy selections like Lobster Pasta with Yellow Tomatoes and Calabrian Chilli Peppers, Green Tomato Risotto with Sea Scallops and Osetra Caviar, and Spaghetti with Sea Urchin.

Bobby Flay’s Amalfi dessert option includes Dark Chocolate Tiramisu and Olive Oil Cake. With all these features including their aesthetically pleasing interior and the high-quality food, Bobby’s Italian Restaurant in Las Vegas is sure to win your heart.

Shark – Permanently Closed

Another Bobby Flay’s Las Vegas restaurant, Shark was based in the Palms Casino Resort next to Kaos Nightclub. It was primarily known as a seafood and sushi restaurant with a Latin flair.  The decor of the restaurant was both modern and elegant with some Spanish creativity.

The menu is mainly surrounded by seafood but was inspired by ingredients from Mexico, South America, and the Mediterranean. Shark offered selections such as Shrimp Escabeche, ceviche, sushi, sashimi, tacos, and specialty items including the Sea Urchin Soft Scrambled Eggs with Spicy Tomato Toast and Chive Pesto or the Octopus with Bacon, Marcona Almonds, and Gooseberry Salsa. Their many menu items were meant to be shared, such as The BF Steak, a 36-ounce Bone-In Prime Porterhouse with Triple Chile Butter, or the Whole Grilled Lobster with Garlic, Basil Red Chile Butter.

But it's noteworthy that not everything on their menu came from the sea, as they have the steak option and Fried Chicken with Toasted Red Chiles, Rocoto Pepper Honey, and Lime as well. This Bobby Flay's Las Vegas restaurant also had plenty of options such as tacos with eggplant, cauliflower, or sweet potato, and orders off of the Vegetables and Rice section of the menu, including options like Crispy Rice with Black Beans, Sweet Potatoes, and Cilantro or the Little Gem Salad with Avocado, Plantains, Queso Fresco, and a Yuzu Dressing.

However, you need to know that Shark is currently closed, sometime in late 2023, but the exact date when it was closed and what is the reason behind has not been officially revealed.

Bobby’s Burgers

Bobby’s Burger Palace Las Vegas is located inside the Forum Food Hall, an upscale food court in Caesars Palace. It took over the prior location of Bobby’s Burger Palace. When you walk in the door, you will find a bright open space with curved lines almost reminiscent of a modern lounge. There is only counter service, so you will have to order at the counter, and the food is brought out to you.

The menu of Bobby's Burgers at Caesars Palace is just as exciting as the decor with burgers from around the country, including the L.A. burger, the Philly, and the Dallas. They also offer your choice of beef, turkey, chicken, or veggie patties. You can have your burger fit style on lettuce for a low-carb option, or crunchify your burger with crispy potato chips on top.

Their sides include fries, sweet potato fries, and buttermilk onion rings. And surprisingly, if you aren’t able to decide, they also offer The Undecided, an option to choose two out of three.  Bobby’s Burger also has a plethora of sauce options from a honey-mustard horseradish and tangy burger sauce to chipotle ketchup and spicy jalapeno hot sauce. And last when you want to give yourself a sweet treat, you can try out one of their World’s Best Sjales in seven different flavors including everyone’s favorite dark chocolate, cookies ‘n cream, pistachio, and mint chocolate chip.

Brasserie B

While as of today there’s no confirmed opening date for Bobby Flay’s Brasserie B restaurant, it's already generating a lot of buzz Slated to open in late 2023, this restaurant will serve distinct, timeless, French-inspired cuisine for brunch, lunch, and dinner. Considering Bobby Flay trained at the French Culinary Institute, it appears like an obvious next step for the celebrity chef, so be prepared to be wowed.

When you arrive at Brasserie B, you’ll feel like you’ve been transported into a Parisian restaurant from the 30s and 40s. The classic Parisian-style decor with maroon leather banquettes and expertly designed lighting that emits a golden glow, makes this place absolutely unique from other Las Vegas restaurants.

Every detail of the Brasserie B decor has been well thought out and executed to evoke an authentic Brasserie feel with a deco influence. Their menu will include a bland of brasserie staples and inspired cuisines with surprising flavors, true to Bobby Flay’s style.

After reviewing some sources one thing is clear the team of Brasserie B is going to take their Frech fries very seriously. This may sound simple to you, but you’ll be shocked to know that they’ve dedicated an entire section of their kitchen to the endeavor so they can be made the authentic Parisian way, which takes two days. The reason behind all of this is that this Bobby Flay Las Vegas restaurant wants to be known as the place for the best French fries in Las Vegas and they have the skill to pull it off.

You may take it as a joke, but Flay believes that some people will come just for the fries and get a steak on the side. This place will also serve various cuts of premium steak, pork chops, lamb chops, mussels, and more. Brasserie B also plans to feature a sensational raw bar with lots of super fresh options.  Additionally, one of Bobby Flay’s signature moves is using regional peppers to give his cuisine authenticity, and this restaurant is no exception.

He’s planning to use Aleppo and Espelette peppers to make sure the flavors pop and leave a bold finish. So be prepared to come to this restaurant once it’s opened for a dose of their casual professionalism amidst a bustling, energetic atmosphere.
